While we follow the same practices as organic production, our fresh produce is not “certified organic” due to the hydroponic systems we use and the fact that we grow in water and not soil. The majority of organic certifications relate to soil treatment: we don’t use soil, so we do not qualify for organic certification.
This does not impede our ability to deliver fresh, delicious produce that sets the standards for quality. We only use organic pesticides, our product is free from chemicals, and our plants take their nutrients directly from the water, not through their leaves.
Our produce tastes incredible, has lower environmental impacts, and we do it all at levels of precision that are impossible through traditional farming.
